My background

I have extensive experience as a senior mental health clinician within community mental health, supporting individuals with high-acuity and complex presentations, including complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, suicidality, and eating disorders.

I have also provided assessment and support for individuals presenting to the Emergency Department in psychiatric crisis - work that has strengthened my ability to respond to risk with both structure and compassion.

Alongside direct clinical work, I have been instrumental in developing and leading specialised services within NSW Health. I established the first Gold Card Clinic within the NSW Western Local Health District, designed to support individuals with acute psychiatric presentations, a formal diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder, or experiences of acute risk and emotional dysregulation.

I also played a key role in establishing the only eating disorder clinic within community mental health in the region, with a focus on early intervention and accessible, evidence-based care, and developed the DBT Clinic within the Bathurst area. As one of the primary clinicians across the Bathurst/Orange LHD providing CBT-e and SSCM, I was a strong advocate for improved access to eating disorder support within the outpatient mental health setting.

In my private practice, I work with adults across a range of concerns, with a particular focus on trauma, complex PTSD, emotional regulation, and eating disorders. I draw on evidence-based approaches including DBT, EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed frameworks, tailoring therapy to each individual's needs.

I am an accredited provider through the NSW Victims Services scheme, offering funded counselling to survivors of crime, and I provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals seeking a supportive and reflective space to develop their practice.

I also support NDIS participants through Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessments (soon to be I-CAN assessments) , counselling, and systems navigation.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, approachable, and genuinely supportive - where you can explore your experiences, build practical skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
